May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:
Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or similar environments is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills.
