A Landscaping or Groundskeeping Worker provides landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Provides care for plants and trees including mowing, trimming and planting, and repairs driveways, walks, benches or other structures.
PAY Competitive pay based on experience $1,000 Sign-On Bonus — paid in two installments: $500 after your first 30 days | $500 after 6 months Paid weekly

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman / Crew Leader to oversee daily operations for our commercial landscape maintenance division. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, crew performance, and professional property appearance — and who is looking for a long-term career with growth potential. You will be responsible for leading a crew, managing daily routes, maintaining high standards across commercial properties, and serving as the primary link between field operations and management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, supervise, and motivate a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties Develop a clear understanding of the budgeted time for each of your job sites. Monitor by reviewing job hours regularly and taking action as needed. Communicate budgeted hours to crew members. Perform and direct mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, and general upkeep Drive company trucks and trailers as needed Ensure all properties meet client expectations and company standards Train and develop crew members on proper techniques, productivity, and safety Manage routes, schedules, and daily priorities Inspect completed work and address deficiencies promptly Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance or repair needs Communicate clearly with management regarding progress, issues, and staffing needs Responsive with positive attitude and initiative, team oriented, and strong role model
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role Proven leadership abilities; organized, structured approach to crew supervision Ability to direct and motivate a crew of 3-5 people Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Valid driver's license Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills ( Spanish is mandatory ) Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor daily Tech-savvy and capable of using field management software on a company-provided device
