Landscaper/Lawn Care Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time) -

We are hiring 1 contractor and/or Part-Time Landscaper to join our growing family. This role has the opportunity to develop into a Landscape Team Lead position. What you will do:

You will manage a route of 12-15 properties a day for lawn maintenance to include mowing, edging, trimming and other services like aerating fertilizing, and weed control to ensure pristine yard and home appearance Hedge, shrub and tree trimming/pruning Mulch installation and flower bed refresh as well as seasonal yard cleanups Installation of paver stones/pathways, rock gardens, tree and flower planting etc. Maintenance and repair of irrigation systems and piping as needed Equipment operation (zero-turn, stand-on, walk-behind mowers, trimmers, blowers, power pruners, chain saws, hedgers and others as required) Safely driving and pulling trailer and maintaining trailers and landscaping equipment This is a physically active outdoor position in Texas weather conditions.

Who you are:

Proven experience in residential or commercial Lawn/property Care and landscaping including mowing, edging, blowing, aeration, fertilization and/or horticulture practices Passion and experience with landscape maintenance practices for gardens, trees, shrubs (trimming, hedging, pruning), and hardscape/xeriscape features Irrigation system maintenance (troubleshoot and repair) a plus Prior work involving lawn care, landscaping, military, construction, farming, or outdoor project management Expertise operating landscaping equipment and trailers such as lawnmowers (Stand on, walk behind and seated), trimmers, blowers, power pruners, hedgers, and pulling trailers. Proven experience going above and beyond for customers with an eye on quality and doing the little things Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong work ethic, reliable, team-oriented and a servant leader with giving heart

Bilingual:
