Mission Road Ministries is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain landscaping, grounds, and the olive orchard across campus and off-campus locations. This position will perform general groundskeeping, tree and plant care, irrigation maintenance, and assist with general facility maintenance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain trees, plants, flowers, hedges, and grounds through watering, planting, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing. Operate and maintain irrigation systems and assist with olive orchard care and the annual harvest. Perform tree care and safely operate landscaping equipment and tools. Assist with general building maintenance, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep as needed. Maintain clean, safe, and presentable grounds and work areas.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-3 years of related experience required. Experience with landscaping, groundskeeping, and maintenance equipment. Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and plant/tree care. Valid Texas Driver's License with a clear driving record. Ability to lift and/or move at least 50 lbs.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
