About Us We are a professional, safety-focused, and agile company dedicated to providing high-quality right-of-way (ROW) maintenance services. Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Right-of-Way (ROW) Mower Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating mowing equipment to maintain pipeline and utility rights-of-way while ensuring work is completed efficiently and in accordance with company safety standards. Responsibilities Safely operate a John Deere 6115D tractor and other mowing equipment. Mow pipeline and utility rights-of-way according to project specifications. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and client requirements. Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Work independently and as part of a crew in various weather and field conditions. Qualifications Previous experience operating tractors or large mowing equipment is a must. Experience with right-of-way (ROW) maintenance. Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in uneven terrain. Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times.
