Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Landscape Laborer to support the upkeep and appearance of our grounds. This role focuses on routine landscaping tasks to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities Mow, edge, and maintain lawns and green spaces Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges Plant flowers, grass, and other vegetation as needed Remove weeds, debris, and litter from landscaped areas Assist with irrigation system checks and basic maintenance Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and hand tools Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment in good working condition Support seasonal projects such as mulching, fertilization, and leaf removal Qualifications Ability to operate basic landscaping tools and equipment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and follow instructions Basic knowledge of plant care is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods Schedule Part-time hours typically 16 hours per week Flexible schedule based on property needs Compensation Hourly rate based on experience
