Overview We are seeking motivated and reliable Landscaping Crew Members to join our team immediately. This role involves hands-on outdoor work focused on maintaining and enhancing various landscapes around our multifamily properties. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the creation and upkeep of beautiful outdoor spaces. Candidates should be prepared to work in a team setting, follow safety protocols, and perform physically demanding tasks with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Execution:

Work with crew members to execute all job orders. Plant and care for greenery as directed.

Site Maintenance:

Clear sites of trash, limbs, and rocks to prepare for mowing and edging. Pull weeds, prune shrubs, and maintain flower beds. Assist with general site cleanup. Operate mowers to maintain healthy turf and edge walkways and curbs.

Equipment & Safety:

Operate all landscaping equipment and vehicles safely. Apply fertilizers, herbicides and other chemicals safely. Maintain assigned equipment and report any issues to the crew supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned.

Team Support:

Support the team to manage property landscaping efficiently. Help onboard and train other crew members in proper landscaping practices as needed.

Customer Service:

Interact with tenants and property managers with a professional, positive demeanor at all times. Ensure all work meets high quality standards. Experience Prior experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates. Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and other power tools is a plus. Physical stamina and strength are essential for performing manual tasks throughout the workday. A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions are key qualities for success in this role. Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
