Landscape Laborer 200 Private Road 7508, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482 From $15 an hour - Full-time From $15 an hour - Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, applying your hands-on skills to landscape projects, lawn care, and site maintenance. Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscapes, or operating power tools, your contributions will help transform landscapes into inviting environments. Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and laying hardscape features such as patios and walkways Perform lawn care tasks like mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces pristine Maintain landscape features through pruning, tree trimming, irrigation system installation and repair. Operate hand tools, power tools, skidsteer, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently Conduct routine landscape maintenance to ensure gardens, lawns, and hardscape elements remain healthy and attractive Support tree care activities including planting, pruning, removal, and health assessments Assist with general site cleanup and ongoing maintenance to uphold high standards of safety and quality Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping and construction environments Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners as well as power tools including trimmers and blowers Familiarity with irrigation systems is a plus Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor labor in various weather conditions Knowledge of landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree care practices preferred but not required.
