Job Description:
Synergy Care is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) for Carriage House Manor, a skilled nursing facility in Sulphur Springs, TX. This position offers a supportive team environment and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, or developmental challenges Develop individualized treatment plans Help patients improve daily living and functional skills Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:
