Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and bring outdoor spaces to life with your energy and expertise! In this role, you'll be an essential part of creating beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. Whether you're trimming trees, mowing lawns, or operating power tools, your hands-on skills will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, inviting spaces. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance and horticulture while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Mow lawns using riding mowers, ensuring precise cuts and healthy turf Trim trees and shrubs with hand tools or power equipment to promote growth and safety Perform general gardening tasks including planting, fertilizing, mulching, and weed control Conduct routine landscape maintenance including edging, pruning, and debris removal to uphold aesthetic standards Experience Basic mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and hand tools Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with horticulture principles and plant care practices is a plus Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in various outdoor conditions Experience with tree care activities such as trimming or pruning is advantageous Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in landscaping and construction environments This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to work outdoors while gaining valuable experience in landscape maintenance.
