Part-Time Property Maintenance (Tyler, TX)

Pay:

$20/hr (via Venmo or Cash App)

Hours:

8-10 hours/week (Flexible schedule, long-term commitment) Overview We are looking for a reliable individual for steady, long-term outdoor property work.

Note:

We already have a crew for routine mowing and flower beds; this role focuses on specialized upkeep and physical projects.

Key Responsibilities Pond Maintenance:

Cleaning and managing pond areas.

Weed Control:

Targeting non-lawn areas and fence lines.

Rock & Concrete Work:

Moving stone and assisting with basic hardscaping.

Tree Care:

Planting new trees and removing brush/small trees.

Property Cleanup:

General outdoor upkeep and debris removal. Requirements Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials. Reliable, independent, and comfortable working outdoors. Nice to Have Experience with power tools Comfortable with heights References required.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
