Our Ideal Candidate is a seasoned Landscape Technician with more than five years of hands-on experience in landscaping. They are known for going above and beyond, fueled by an unrelenting work ethic, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from others. They communicate clearly and thrive in dynamic environments where each day brings new challenges. Outside of work, they can be found hunting, fishing, attending community sporting events, coaching their kid's team, or tending to their own garden/landscaping. They are motivated by the satisfaction of a job well done, the desire to provide for their family, and the commitment to never let their teammates down. They want to grow into a leader, taking advantage of career development opportunities and proving themselves in a company that values honesty, innovation, knowledge, efficiency, and relationships. They avoid workplaces where people only show up for a paycheck, resist change, or fail to live out strong core values.
