Part-Time Groundskeeper - Wedding Venue We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our wedding venue grounds. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in attention to detail, and can work independently. Responsibilities Maintain and care for landscaping and flower beds Pull weeds and keep all landscape areas clean and presentable Mow and edge lawns Rake leaves, twigs, and debris from turf and landscape areas Blow off turf, walkways, and outdoor areas to keep the venue clean General upkeep of outdoor grounds to ensure the venue is always guest-ready Assist with additional outdoor maintenance tasks as needed Schedule Roughly 10-15 hours per week Occasional additional hours when needed for events or seasonal projects Work hours are generally flexible, but the work is usually completed during early mornings or late nights Work schedules will need to be planned around weddings and events to ensure all landscaping is completed before guests arrive and to avoid working on the grounds during events Pay $14-$18 per hour depending on experience Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable and self-motivated Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean appearance Landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred, but not required Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and understands the importance of keeping a wedding venue beautiful, clean, and event-ready at all times.
