POSITION TYPE

Full time Year-round $15 - $21/hr DOE PTO Summer Work 40+ hours per week. 4-day work weeks, typically Monday-Thursday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm . (Flexibility for Fridays is required for weather delays or peak growth surges). Landscape Maintenance You will be responsible for the health and aesthetics of high-end residential and commercial properties. Precision mowing, string trimming, professional edging, weeding, shrub pruning, and basic irrigation troubleshooting. Operating professional-grade equipment safely Winter Work Snow Removal - Mostly Commercial Clearing sidewalks with snowrators and applying salt to ensure safety for our clients. Guaranteed 25 hours even if there is no snow Equipment repair and maintenance Hours vary as we work when the snow comes. This makes it looks similar to an on call schedule if snow is predicted. This means weekends and holidays may be required if a storm is predicted. If we don't have snow, we typically work Monday-Friday 6-8 hour shifts. Skills & Requirements 6+ months of landscaping, lawn care, construction, farm, or similar experience preferred Able to lift 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Strong communication and ability to work independently Tech-comfortable (simple phone apps for communication & timekeeping) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
