Job Description
Landscape Technician - Install Crew $16-$20 per hour | 40 Hours Expected During Busy Season | Midvale, UT Titanscape is hiring a Landscape Technician to join our landscape install crew. This is a hands-on position working on landscape construction, property improvements, and outdoor installations. We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, willing to learn, and proud of producing clean, high-quality work. Experience is helpful, but attitude and effort are just as important. We are willing to train the right person if they bring reliability, strong effort, and a good attitude every day. What You Will Be Doing Work includes assisting with landscape install projects such as grading, soil prep, sod installation, rock installation, mulch installation, planting, edging, irrigation support, and general site cleanup. You will also help move materials, load and unload trucks and trailers, operate landscaping tools and equipment, follow direction from crew leads, and keep job sites clean and organized. This is fast-paced outdoor work. You will be expected to move with purpose, stay productive, and help the crew complete work efficiently and professionally. What We Are Looking For We are looking for team members who show up on time, work at a steady pace, pay attention to detail, and treat client properties with respect. A good attitude, strong effort, accountability, and willingness to be part of a team are important in our company. If you are reliable, hardworking, and want to improve your skills, you can do well here. Pay, Hours, Training, and Growth Pay is $16-$20 per hour depending on experience. 40 hours are expected during the busy season. Some weeks may range between 35-45 hours depending on weather, workload, and scheduling. We are willing to train the right person. Landscaping experience is preferred, but not required if you are reliable, coachable, and willing to work hard. Team members who show strong production, attention to detail, reliability, and leadership potential can grow into higher-paying roles such as Lead Technician, Crew Lead, or Foreman. 90-Day Review Team members will be reviewed after their first 90 days. This review is based on reliability, attendance, attitude, production, ability to follow directions, skill development, and quality of work. Strong performers may be considered for raises, bonuses, and additional responsibility as they grow with the company.
