Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking Seasonal Groundskeeper to join our Facilities team. This role is essential in ensuring that our campus remains safe, attractive, and welcoming year-round. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining outdoor spaces, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This is a season PRN/Per Diem position for the 2026-2027 winter season. Key Responsibilities Maintain all outdoor grounds, including lawns, gardens, walkways, courtyards, and parking areas Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, and weeding Assist with seasonal duties including snow removal, salting, leaf cleanup, and storm debris management Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively Monitor outdoor areas for safety hazards and address or report issues promptly Support special projects, events, and facility needs as assigned Uphold the mission and values of Saint Mary's and the LECOM Institute for Successful Living Qualifications Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must have snow plow experience Basic knowledge of lawn care equipment and tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment or materials as needed Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license, with clean driving record is required High School Diploma or GED equivalent The LECOM Institute for Successful Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
