Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our course and grounds. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, and general maintenance duties.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as raking, mowing and general golf course upkeep.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Handle basic landscaping jobs
• Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and planting
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Irrigate lawns and gardens as needed
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of golf and landscaping skills
• Familiarity with operating hand tools and power tools
• Experience in landscape maintenance and lawn care is a plus

Skills:

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
