Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and motivated team member to help maintain the appearance, health, and safety of outdoor spaces. In this role, you will contribute to the care of lawns, gardens, hardscapes, and surrounding grounds while working as part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, takes pride in completing tasks accurately, and is comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions. Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, weeding, and seasonal cleanup activities Support the upkeep of lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other landscape features Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and follow all company procedures Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and supplies as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Report equipment issues, site concerns, or safety matters to a supervisor promptly Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned projects on schedule Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related outdoor labor role is helpful but not required Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for long periods Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and pay attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Basic knowledge of landscape tools and equipment is an asset Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors Work Environment This position is primarily outdoors and may involve exposure to sun, heat, rain, dust, noise, and other environmental conditions. Tasks may vary depending on the season, project needs, and site requirements. A positive attitude and flexibility are important for success in this role.
