This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to landscape projects, and develop valuable skills in landscaping, horticulture, and construction. Whether you're involved in lawn care, planting, or hardscape installation, your efforts will help transform environments and enhance community aesthetics. We are committed to providing a paid position that fosters growth, teamwork, and a passion for outdoor work. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning trees, and planting flowers or shrubs Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks like edging, digging, and installing hardscape features Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure healthy plant growth Maintain equipment including excavators, lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping machinery Perform general site cleanup and prepare landscapes for seasonal changes or special projects Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving hardscape features like patios or walkways Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently Willingness to learn about irrigation systems and other landscape services Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in landscaping while contributing to vibrant outdoor environments.
