Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Lead Preschool Teacher to join our preschool staff. In this role, you will serve as a key leader in nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young learners. Your passion for childhood development and expertise in preschool teaching will inspire children to explore, learn, and grow. As a lead teacher, you will implement classroom activities, and foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on early learners while working in a supportive and dynamic setting. Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for preschool children Implement age-appropriate activities (Lesson Plans Provided) that incorporate every area of development Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies and trained techniques Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns Support the development of social-emotional skills and promote child welfare within the classroom setting Maintain accurate records of children's developmental progress, attendance, and assessments aligned with standardized testing requirements Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior classroom management experience preferred Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education techniques Experience with special education strategies and early intervention programs is a plus Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to manage classroom behavior constructively while fostering a positive learning environment.
