Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in executing landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction projects with precision and efficiency Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects Perform landscape tasks including lawn care, pruning, planting, maintenance, and tree care Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for everyone Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress Conduct quality inspections to guarantee that work meets company standards and client specifications Assist in training new team members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, and horticulture practices Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls Expertise in tree care, irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and general landscape maintenance Excellent leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks clearly and foster teamwork Familiarity with tools and equipment used in landscaping and horticulture operations Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
