Overview Join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and bring vibrant landscapes to life! In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining beautiful lawns, gardens, and grounds through hands-on work with a variety of landscaping tools and equipment. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and attention to detail will help create inviting, well-manicured environments that clients love. This paid position offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and horticulture while working in a supportive team environment. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to maintain lawns and landscapes efficiently and safely Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to ensure precise and attractive results Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and weed control to promote healthy plant growth Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, or adjusting sprinklers for optimal watering schedules Support landscape installation projects including hardscape features such as pathways or retaining walls Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment Conduct routine grounds inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair Experience Prior outdoor work experience or familiarity with grounds maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided Basic mechanical knowledge helps in operating and troubleshooting landscaping equipment Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, planting, pruning, and pest management is advantageous Experience with hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment operation is beneficial Understanding of plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management enhances job performance Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to safety protocols Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while building your skills in landscaping and grounds maintenance!
