Responsibilities:

• Drug screening will be condition of employment. Drug free work place
• 1 to 2 days a week Saturday work is required
• Perform various landscaping tasks such as mowing, bed edging, and trimming lawns
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Apply fertilizers as needed
• Clean and maintain outdoor spaces, including removing debris and litter
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
• Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
• Provide recommendations for improving the appearance of outdoor areas

Skills:

• Must be proficient at weed eater/ string trimmer vertical edging and flat
• Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment
• Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other machinery safely
• Basic understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance a plus
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail for precise trimming and planting and deliver a quality finish detailed product mowing, mulching, and pruning.
• Ability to interact with a variety of team members and be open to coaching and improvement.
• Be able to lift more than 50 pounds
