Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in a casual dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns. Process payments accurately using the cash register. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Skills Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs. Knowledge of retail math for inventory management is a plus. Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices. Proficient in cash register operations and handling transactions. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
