As our Groundskeeper, you'll help keep our community in top shape—clean, safe, and welcoming.
What We Are Looking For:
Basic Maintenance Aptitude
- Can handle light landscaping, small repairs, or assist with cleanup and setups. Team Player & Communication
- Works well with maintenance and leasing teams. Attention to Detail
- Keeps all areas (grounds, walkways) clean and safe. Reliability & Work Ethic
- Shows up consistently and on time.
Technology & Communication Skills:
Basic computer skills required, including MS Office 365 and mobile device use. Strong English communication (verbal and written) required. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
What You'll Do:
As our Groundskeeper, you'll help keep our community in top shape—clean, safe, and welcoming.
Responsibilities include:
