The company is committed to delivering high-quality projects safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on long-term client partnerships and workforce development. Position Summary The Groundman/Laborer supports construction crews in all aspects of highway, traffic signal, ITS, and sign installation projects. This entry-to-mid-level role is critical to maintaining safe, productive, and efficient job sites. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation of traffic signals, signs, and ITS equipment Perform manual labor including digging, trenching, and material handling Load/unload tools, equipment, and materials Set up and maintain traffic control devices Assist operators and mechanics during installation activities Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications 0-2+ years of construction experience preferred Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions Valid driver's license required Skills & Competencies Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow directions and work in a team Safety awareness Adaptability and willingness to learn
