Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be a vital part of creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, planting, and hardscape installation. Your hands-on work will help transform outdoor environments into inviting, functional, and aesthetically pleasing areas. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in horticulture, equipment operation, and landscape construction while working in a lively, team-oriented atmosphere. Duties Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf blowing to keep landscapes vibrant and healthy Assist with landscape maintenance including planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and installing mulch or soil amendments Operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (weed whackers, blowers) safely and efficiently Use equipment such as excavators or snow plows during seasonal tasks to support site preparation or snow removal efforts Experience Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles related to plant health and landscape aesthetics is beneficial Ability to operate small machinery like excavators or snow plows is advantageous but not mandatory Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in outdoor environments Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance outdoor spaces!
