Immediately Job Description Spaulding High School is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper/Custodian. The position functions as a 1st shift Custodian November through April, 7am - 3:30pm and as a 2nd shift Groundskeeper April through November, 3pm - 11:30pm. Base rate of pay is $20.99 an hour plus a $0.50/hour shift differential when working 2nd shift.

Primary Duties:

Perform unassisted physical labor/activities (lifting, bending, climbing, etc.). Work effectively and respectfully with the public. Understand and carry out directions. Maintain cooperative working relationships. Demonstrate sensitivity and respect for a diverse population. Pass a background and fingerprint check. Background in commercial cleaning is preferred. Benefits include health and dental insurance, retirement, paid sick time, vacation and personal leave.
