Snow Removal Crew Member Responsibilities Shovel and clear sidewalks, entrances, steps, ramps, and walkways. Some site you may operate a sidewalk plow or blower. Apply salt and ice-melting products as required. Respond promptly to snow and ice events, including overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday storms. Follow assigned routes, site maps, and instructions from the Crew Lead. Assist with transporting equipment and materials when required. Work efficiently as part of a crew to ensure properties are cleared and treated within required service timelines. Job Requirements 1 year snow removal, landscaping, construction, or equipment operation experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work flexible and extended hours during winter weather events. Must be available on an on-call basis throughout the winter season. Comfortable working outdoors in snow, ice, wind, and cold temperatures. Ability to lift 50+ lbs . and perform physically demanding work for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a crew. Reliable transportation and the ability to report to work when called. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience operating SnowRator or similar sidewalk snow removal equipment. Experience leading snow removal, landscaping, or property maintenance crews for Crew Lead candidates. Familiarity with commercial snow and ice management. Ability to operate skid steers, loaders, plow trucks, or other equipment is a plus. Strong availability and commitment for the entire winter season.
