We are looking for motivated and experienced Property Maintenance Team Members to help deliver exceptional results for our customers. Who We are looking for We are looking for a full time lawn mower. Who will be using Z-turn mowers made by: John Deere, Exmark, Toro, and weedwackers/blowers that are Stihl and Echo. We're looking for team players who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, motivated, dependable, and take pride in their work. Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within our company. Responsibilites Operate zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently. Perform weed whacking, edging, pruning, weeding, and general landscape maintenance. Complete spring cleanups, fall cleanups, and garden bed maintenance projects. Load, unload, and maintain equipment and tools. Drive company trucks and trailers safely to and from job sites. Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Assist with interior property maintenance projects including painting, flooring, and tiling when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Experience operating zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment. Ability to safely drive a truck with a trailer. Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or property maintenance. Previous experience in working in gardens. Knowledge of pruning, edging, weeding, and landscape maintenance practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Requirements Valid driver's license required. Clean driving record required and must be insurable to operate company vehicles. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading equipment and materials. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
