We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Clinical Fellow (CFY), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a part-time, contract position conveniently located near Colchester, VT. This flexible role (.8 FTE or less) is perfect for professionals who wish to make a genuine difference without the demands of a full-time schedule. You'll manage a caseload of 15 students, some of whom require services five days a week, all within a single site. Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or current enrollment in CFY; SLPA licensure also welcomed Active or eligible state licensure/certification for SLP or SLPA Experience or enthusiasm for working within educational settings, especially with younger students (pre-K-4th) Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Commitment to following IEP goals and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Willingness to participate in supervision if applying as a

CFY or SLPA Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small-group speech-language therapy services onsite Develop, implement, and monitor progress toward IEP goals Support and engage with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure optimal student outcomes Maintain accurate records and documentation Participate in in-service training (beginning August 21), with students starting August 26 You'll find a welcoming, child-centered atmosphere and ample support for your success.
