Duties Include:

Mow lawns, trim hedges, prune trees and shrubs, and maintain flower beds. Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from all landscaped and common areas. Perform seasonal maintenance including snow removal, leaf raking, and storm clean-up. Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, snow blowers, etc.). Inspect grounds and report issues with irrigation, drainage, pest control, or safety hazards. Maintain walkways, driveways, and outdoor furniture or structures. Set up outdoor areas for special events, as needed. Ensure proper use and storage of tools, materials, and chemicals in accordance with safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years of grounds keeping, landscaping, or related experience. Carpentry experience a plus Ability to safely operate landscaping and snow removal equipment. Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions. Familiarity with basic maintenance tools and practices. Ability to work independently and follow verbal or written instructions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required #indeed
