Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping and horticultural tasks. Responsibilities Perform landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways. Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to ensure lush, healthy turf. Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, lawnmowers, and excavators safely and efficiently. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, tree trimming, irrigation system installation and repairs, and seasonal snow plowing. Assist with garden design projects by preparing soil beds, mulching, and installing landscape features. Perform routine inspections of landscapes to identify issues related to plant health or structural integrity and address them proactively. Support construction projects involving hardscape installation or land grading to ensure precise execution according to specifications. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care and landscape maintenance practices. Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment such as power tools and excavators. Familiarity with tree care techniques including trimming, pruning, and health assessment. Ability to use hand tools effectively for planting, digging, trimming, and other tasks. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials is essential. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
