Full-Time / Seasonal Job Overview Butler Yard Care is a locally owned lawn maintenance company serving South Burlington and surrounding areas. We are looking to add a reliable and hardworking team member to our crew for the remainder of the season and for seasons to come. This position is primarily focused on weekly lawn maintenance , with opportunities to assist on seasonal cleanups and landscape projects. Responsibilities Perform weekly lawn mowing using commercial equipment String trimming around edges, obstacles, and structures Blowing off driveways, walkways, and patios Assist with spring and fall cleanups Support basic landscape work (mulch, bed cleanup, etc.) Support with day to day equipment operations Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites Requirements Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependable and able to show up on time Preferred (Not Required) Previous lawn care or landscaping experience Experience operating commercial mowing equipment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with our company and pay raises Consistent weekly schedule Opportunity for additional hours (overtime) with seasonal work Professional, organized work environment Paid lunch
