Constellation Cannabis is hiring for our garden! We are an award-winning solventless hash rosin company based in Arlington, Washington. We are a family-owned and operated business. We are expanding and looking to hire talented, hard-working individuals to join our cannabis company. Ideally, you have garden experience at a nursery, farm, or in cannabis. You show up ready to work, learn on the job, and take pride in what you do. The schedule for this position is Wednesday-Sunday. You MUST have open availability on weekends.

Ideal Candidate:

Open-minded and willing to learn Has experience with plants and basic understanding of plant health Has experience with watering and defoliation Has a strong work ethic Can lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long hours without needing breaks Open weekend availability

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Sanitize and organize equipment and general garden areas Sweeping, mopping, laundry and general upkeep of garden rooms and halls Assist with cloning and transplanting Water plants and mix nutrient tanks Assist with canopy management, specifically: big leaf and trellis Assist with chopping, hanging and bucking during harvesting Effectively sanitize and clean rooms after harvest Pay & Benefits - Pay dependent on experience Eligible for PTO after 90 days Eligable for medical, dental and vision insurance after 90 days
