Position Overview We're hiring a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. You'll work alongside a crew maintaining properties to a high standard while staying efficient and productive throughout the day. Responsibilities Mowing, edging, and weed whacking lawns Garden bed maintenance (weeding, pruning, clean-up) Property clean-ups and seasonal work Assist with bark installs, planting, and other landscape projects Safely operate landscaping equipment Follow direction from Crew Lead and stay on task Keep job sites clean and professional Requirements Reliable and shows up on time Strong work ethic and ability to work with urgency Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Able to lift 50+ lbs Positive attitude and team player Landscaping experience is a plus (willing to train) Driver's license is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($20-$24/hr DOE) Consistent schedule Performance bonuses Growth opportunities within the company Team-focused work environment Looking to grow with a company that takes pride in its work?
