Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Groundskeeper to maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of outdoor spaces across our facilities. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and groundskeeping equipment will help create inviting environments that enhance the overall experience for visitors, staff, and community members. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and fertilizing to keep grounds vibrant and healthy. Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, chainsaws, and irrigation systems with a focus on safety and efficiency. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues to prevent water waste or damage Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, manual handling of materials, and the use of hand tools for landscape projects. Apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols to control pests while protecting the environment. Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and company vehicles to ensure reliable operation and longevity. Experience Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred, Knowledge of irrigation systems, management, and landscaping techniques is highly desirable. Familiarity with power tool safety procedures and equipment maintenance practices is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely over extended periods is required. Experience operating grounds maintenance machinery such as chainsaws, lawn mowers, and company vehicles will be advantageous.
