🌿 Full- or Part-Time Landscape Crew Member Lawn Maintenance • Landscape Maintenance • Enhancement Projects North County Landscape Co. has proudly served Whatcom County since 2003. We are a professional, full-service landscape company specializing in lawn maintenance, landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscape installations, and enhancement projects . We are seeking dependable, hardworking team members who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in quality work. Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Complete landscape bed maintenance including pruning, weeding, hedging, and clean-up Assist with enhancement projects such as bark installation, planting, gravel installation, and seasonal landscape improvements Safely operate landscape equipment and hand tools Follow direction from Crew Leads while maintaining company quality standards Maintain a clean, professional, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications Landscape, lawn maintenance, or grounds maintenance experience preferred (training available) Valid Washington Driver's License preferred Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work Must be 18 years or older Pay & Benefits $22-$24 per hour DOE Full-time or part-time positions available Monday-Thursday schedule (occasional Fridays during peak season) Paid Sick Leave, Paid Holidays, and PTO for eligible full-time employees Overtime opportunities Paid training and advancement opportunities Modern equipment, supportive team, and professional work environment If you're looking for a career in landscaping, lawn care, grounds maintenance, or landscape construction , we'd love to hear from you.
