We are a professional, full-service lawn maintenance and landscaping company providing lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscape installations, and winter services . We're looking for dependable team members who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in quality work. Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Complete landscape bed maintenance including pruning, weeding, and clean-up Follow daily routes while meeting company quality and safety standards Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment Report equipment issues and maintain a clean, professional work environment Participate in training and work effectively as part of a team Qualifications Valid Washington Driver's License with an insurable driving record required Experience operating lawn maintenance equipment Truck and enclosed trailer experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work Must be 18 years or older Pay & Benefits $22-$24 per hour DOE Monday-Thursday schedule (some Fridays during peak season) Medical and Vision insurance Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, and Washington Paid Sick Leave Overtime opportunities Paid training and advancement opportunities Modern equipment and a supportive, team-focused work environment If you're looking for a career in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or landscape maintenance , we'd love to hear from you.
