We are a professionally operated, full-service lawn maintenance and landscaping company proudly serving our community since 2003. As a year-round business, we specialize in high-quality landscape management, irrigation, landscape installations, lawn care maintenance, and winter services including de-icing and snow plowing. We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our Seasonal Maintenance Crew for the 2026 season. Job Summary As a Seasonal Maintenance Crew Member , you will work independently or as part of a 2-person crew maintaining residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that includes mowing, edging, blowing, bed maintenance, and project work while meeting company quality and efficiency standards. Responsibilities & Duties Follow procedures and direction from management Complete daily routes efficiently while meeting quality expectations Use appropriate equipment for each job site as specified Report equipment issues promptly to the Shop Manager Participate in on-the-job training, safety instruction, and equipment operation training Maintain a self-motivated, professional attitude Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment at all times Maintain reliable transportation to and from work Qualifications & Skills Valid Washington State Driver's License Clean, insurable driving record (MVR required) Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods Experience operating mowers, edgers, blowers, and other lawn equipment Truck and enclosed trailer experience preferred Must be 18 years of age or older
