• 33/hour employment type: part-time experience level: entry level job title: Property Caretaker We are in search of a reliable, detail-oriented person to maintain the exterior of a large waterfront home on Mercer Island every Friday. The property includes a main house, guest suite, dock, multiple decks and patios, and landscaped grounds
• all maintained to a very high standard. Our previous caretaker was with us for 15 years. This is ideal for someone who wants one solid, well-paid day of outdoor work per week
• whether you're currently working in landscaping or property maintenance and want supplemental income, or you're semi-retired and want to stay active with meaningful, physical work on a beautiful property. What You'll Do Clean all outdoor living areas
• patios, decks, pavers, concrete walls, stairs, and railings Clean outdoor furniture and covers Remove cobwebs, bugs, and debris from around the house and guest suite Wipe down door thresholds, keypads, window ledges, siding, and soffits Clean exterior window framing and slider tracks Sweep and maintain garage, storage rooms, and roof areas Treat mildew and algae on surfaces using provided products Clean dock, beach area, and water feature Some gardening tasks, repair and other maintenance work Walk the entire property each visit and address anything that needs attention Room to Grow For someone with landscaping experience, this role can expand to include landscape maintenance work currently handled by a separate crew.
