Landscape Crew Member — Kitsap County, WA Elyon Maintenance Inc. | Kitsap County, WA About the Role Elyon Maintenance Inc. is hiring a Landscape Crew Member to join our team servicing multiple residential housing properties throughout Kitsap County. This is a hands-on outdoor role working as part of a small crew on a weekly service route. What You'll Do Work as part of a crew performing mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and debris removal to company and client standards Assist with shrub and tree trimming (under 15'), weed control, and bed maintenance Help with seasonal services: fall leaf cleanup, one spring cleanup, one winter prep per property Follow crew lead's direction to ensure work meets client satisfaction at each stop Assist with basic irrigation system checks and flag issues for the crew lead Help maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies in safe working order Present professionally and follow safety protocols at all times Communicate any site issues or concerns to your crew lead What We're Looking For Prior landscape maintenance experience. Comfortable operating or learning to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and basic hand tools Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday-Friday, standard daytime hours Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required Must be able to pass a background check Schedule Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Weekly route during growing season (May-November); reduced seasonal schedule in winter months.
