Landscape Crew Member Buds & Blades Landscape Company — Rochester, WA About Us Buds & Blades is a family-owned landscape company that's been serving Lewis and Thurston Counties for nearly 20 years. We take care of commercial and residential properties, and we're proud of our reputation for quality work and reliability. We're growing, and we're looking for hardworking, dependable people to join our maintenance crews. The Job As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll be part of a crew that keeps our clients' properties looking sharp — mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, mulching, and general grounds upkeep. You'll work alongside an experienced crew leader who will show you the ropes and help you grow your skills. What You'll Do Operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely and correctly Prune shrubs and maintain plant beds Keep properties clean, tidy, and looking their best Load/unload equipment and maintain tools and trucks Follow safety procedures on every job site Work as part of a team to get the job done right, every day What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and a positive attitude Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet all day Reliable transportation to our shop in Rochester, WA Valid Washington State driver's license required Previous landscaping experience is helpful but not required — we'll train the right person Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Why Work With Us Competitive pay, based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance available Family-owned company where you're known by name, not a number Consistent year-round work A safety-first culture — we've been recognized multiple times with national safety awards Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, early morning start.
