We are looking for a reliable, flexible landscaper/handyman to maintain a property in Spokane, Washington. The ideal person will provide consistent weekly care while being flexible with seasonal needs, weather conditions, and additional work that may come up throughout the year. Lawn Care Mow and edge weekly during the growing season Fertilize approximately every 8 weeks Keep the lawn free of weeds and moss Adjust service frequency as needed based on seasonal growth and weather Planting Beds Keep planting beds clean and weed free with weekly attention Light trimming and pruning as needed Seasonal cleanup and maintenance as needed Sprinkler System Monitor the sprinkler system to make sure areas are receiving proper watering Identify and report leaks, broken heads, or other issues Make minor adjustments as needed Walkways & Stairwells Keep walkways and stairwells clean and free of leaves, dirt, debris, and other buildup Provide additional seasonal cleanup as needed Small Handyman & Property Maintenance Take care of minor handyman repairs and maintenance items as they arise Be available for occasional projects outside of routine landscaping Ability to handle seasonal projects and changing priorities is important Other Requirements
