Facilities- Groundskeeper General Position Summary:

Performs maintenance duties involving the use of certain golf course related equipment to include golf carts, triplex, bunker rake and hand held maintenance equipment.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

Mows greens, tees, rake bunkers, use of hand held trimmers and backpack blower to blow debris on all playable areas Performs basic preventative maintenance on equipment as directed Ensures equipment's cooling systems are working at all times Refills fuel and oil daily Cleans equipment daily Reports equipment problems and failures to Facilities management on a daily basis

Secondary Functions:

May operate smaller equipment as directed by management Performs other duties as assigned during shift Education and/or

Experience:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Job Conditions:

Working conditions include working outside, and in inclement weather condition for long periods of time. Climbing (use of ladders both inside and outside), lifting, bending, stooping and crawling into difficult workspaces. Other conditions include working alone, frequent interruptions, evenings and/or weekends.

Physical Requirements:

Manual and finger dexterity for the operation of hand and power tools. Ability to stand for extended periods of time and to lift 75 lbs.
