Bartender/Server

Position OverviewThis role is ideal for someone with strong bartending experience and a passion for craft cocktails. The right candidate can confidently manage a busy bar while also providing attentive table service when needed. We re looking for someone personable, reliable, organized, and team-oriented. Will train the right person.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beveragesProvide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional guest serviceMaintain consistency and quality in all drinks and serviceTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyManage bar setup, stocking, prep, and cleanlinessHandle cash and POS transactions responsiblyWork collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staffMonitor guest experience and resolve issues professionallyFollow all liquor laws, health codes, and company standardsQualificationsStrong knowledge of classic and modern craft cocktailsExperience in high-volume restaurant or bar settings preferredServing experience strongly preferredWine and beer knowledge is a plusAbility to multitask and stay organized under pressureExcellent communication and hospitality skillsMust be dependable, punctual, and professionalValid alcohol service certification required (or ability to obtain
