Job Description

CREW LEADER STARTS

$20.00 PER HOUR + Attendance and performance bonuses Attendance and performance bonuses Must be a team player and have good communication skills when instructing the crew of duties to be completed at each site. Must have valid Driver License and good driving record. Job includes mowing, pruning, and basic landscape maintenance. Use a variety of equipment such as mowers, blowers, clippers, and edger. Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions doing very physical work. Maintain job site as instructed. Possible duties include, but are not limited to: mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging and hand pruning Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds Please provide a summary of your experience and let me know why you would be the best candidate for this position.
