A Landscaping or Groundskeeping Worker provides landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Provides care for plants and trees including mowing, trimming and planting, and repairs driveways, walks, benches or other structures.
A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to ensure upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards. This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance duties for multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris. This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job. It includes the use of tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items to complete the required work.
Location Details:
This team member will be expected to commute to support our Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, & Shelton locations. Travel stipend is available.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Mon-Fri (Off Sat/Sun) from 9:45am-6:15pm.

Job Duties:
Learns skills necessary to complete the job Communicates project status and follow-up dates on schedule to DM (District Manager) Maintains facility grounds (landscaping, parking areas, etc.) Maintains facility systems (lights, gates, security systems, etc.) Maintains facility structures (fences, doors, etc.)
Requirements:
