We are seeking dedicated and skilled Greens Keepers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our golf course and landscapes, ensuring that all grounds are well-kept and visually appealing. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a passion for outdoor work, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance of golf course putting greens, surrounds, tees, fairways, bunkers and dunes as assigned.
- Operate equipment associated with turf maintenance including mowing, sand topdressing, bunker raking, applications related turf and horticultural tasks.
- Assist with project work including irrigation, drainage, weeding, sod planting, etc.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated quality and ability to communicate effectively verbally, in written form, and interpersonally in English.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver's License.
- High School graduate or equivalent education required.
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Background check.
- Motor Vehicle Report.
