Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Part-Time Landscaping Crew Member and bring outdoor spaces to life! Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and inviting Operate hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently Support irrigation system installation, repair, and ongoing management to ensure healthy plant growth Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to support proper horticultural care and plant health assessments Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to maintain a secure work environment Perform snow plowing and hardscape maintenance during seasonal weather changes to ensure accessibility and safety Requirements Prior outdoor work experience or a strong interest in landscaping and grounds maintenance Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscape equipment operation Ability to identify plants and understand basic horticulture principles Experience with lawn care, tree care, gardening, and irrigation systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided for eager learners Knowledge of safety procedures related to power tools, hand tools, and equipment operation Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain attention to safety standards Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions and during different seasonsThis role is paid and offers a rewarding opportunity for those looking to grow their skills in landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments.
